How does the site work?

How long will my order take?

How do I know when my order is finished?

I got an email asking for proof of ID, why?

If you got an email from us asking for proof of ID, this will be 1 of 2 reasons.

1: Because you spent a lot of money on our website and we need to make sure you are who you say you are.

2: Maybe your address does not match your cards address and we need to make sure that the order is not fraudulent.

If we deem that your order is fraudulent however, we will refund the order.
